Gluten Free Razzle Dazzle PB&J Cookies


I found this recipe for Peanut Butter and Jellies about a month ago. Then I received the MOST INCREDIBLE Peanut Butter to review and I thought that it would be perfect for this cookie. Of course I had to make a few changes to it. You know I can't leave well enough alone! Ryan and I made these and they are the most perfect Peanut Butter cookie ever because they were made with PB Crave.

1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 Brown Sugar
1/2 C PB Crave Razzle Dazzle
1 TSP Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2 C Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 Bag Mini Chocolate Chips
Seedless Raspberry Jam

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using mixer, cream butter until fluffy. Add sugars, egg and vanilla. Once mixed add peanut butter. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda. Slowly add flour mixture to wet mixture. When batter is smooth, fold in Chocolate Chips.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet and add a thumbprint.

Fill each thumbprint with raspberry jelly.


Bake for about 15 minutes. I would advise not putting them as close together as I did! Enjoy
