Creamy Gluten Free Cole Slaw



Did you know that many prepared Cole Slaws contain gluten? Neither did I. I found out the hard way when I brought some home for Ryan's birthday last year and she became extremely ill. So now I make my own!

1 bag of Cole Slaw Mix (or you can shred your own)
1 1/2 C Mayo
2 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Honey
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 TBSP Parlsey, Chopped

I like to mix the dressing first and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour before adding to the cabbage. This allows the flavors to come together.
