Maple Glazed Salmon #Gluten Free

Have you read my review of the Mohawk Valley Trading Company Raw Honey? Well they have Maple Syrup too. Grade A, robust, dark pure maple syrup. Yum. When I opened the bottle, Ryan said, "I want to drink it straight from the bottle!".

What can you do with maple syrup besides pouring it on pancakes and french toast? Lot of things! I made a Maple Glazed Salmon.

2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 TSP Pickled Ginger (minced)

Heat in saucepan until mixed and warm through. Brush on salmon and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
