I love s'mores and I love fudge. Putting the two together just seems natural! I used Kinnikinnick S'moreable Graham Style Crackers because they are gluten free.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
8 graham style crackers, broken up into small pieces
1/4 bag mini marshmallows
Over low heat add sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips to sauce pan. Stir until melted. Once melted add vanilla and remove from heat. Let cool for a minute and fold in crackers and marshmallows. Spread in foil lined 8x8 pan and let cool in refrigerator for at least two hours. Enjoy!
