I love roast beef. I have wonderful memories about roast beef. My FIL used to make outstanding roast beef every Sunday. It was perfect, rare in the middle and medium well on the ends. Then he would make this delicious gravy to go with it. We would play poker after dinner. Good times.

I found a tiny little eye of round roast for under $10.00. I grabbed that roast before anyone else saw it! I threw it in the slowcooker and it came out so tender and delicious that I know you will want to make it for your family as soon as you can find an affordable cut of beef in your grocery store.
1- 2LB Beef Eye of Round Roast
1 PKG Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 1/2 C Red Wine
1 Onion, Sliced into Rings
4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
Add all ingredients to slowcooker.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Shred and serve over pasta or potatoes.
