Pork Tacos

Pork Tacos

Do you ever have one of those days where you take something out of the freezer to thaw for dinner but have no idea what you are going to make? Yeah, that was me yesterday. I took out a pound of center cut boneless pork chops and then texted back and forth with my daughter, what do you want? I don't know, what do you want? You get it!

The dry rub for the chicken was so delicious I started thinking about doing the same thing with the pork. Then I thought, what if I cut the pork into cubes and then use the rub! That would make some awesome tacos! And it did! You are going to love these tacos. So much flavor!
