I am so excited by this!

You also get instructions, a coupon book with $50.00 worth of coupons and 1 month of free consultations. What does the consultant do? They help you design your menu of Jenny Craig food. In addition to the food that is provided in your starter pack you are going to add vegetables, salads and snacks to your menu so that you eat 6 times each day. You will never feel hungry with that much food!

A typical breakfast is cereal and a cup of low fat milk (feel free to add fresh fruit to it). I highly recommend the Cranberry Almond cereal! Lunch might be Swedish Style Meatballs and 2 cups of garden salad. Very filling! One of my favorite dinners was the Cheese Ravioli. I had it with spinach and I made Parmesan Crisps to go with it! Parmesan Crisps are a super easy and crunchy alternative to garlic bread and 2 of them are only 45 calories!

Parmesan Crisp Recipe:
For each Parmesan Crisp add 1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese to hot skillet.
Cook for 2 minutes, carefully flip with spatula.
Cook for an additional two minutes.
Only 45 Calories for 2 Parmesan Crisps!
