Sticky Pork Roast

Yes, ANOTHER pork roast! LOL! Ryan found us an incredible deal on pork this month and it is the protein that has sustained us. I can't wait to see what April brings! I think you will love this one. It's full of ginger and garlic but it doesn't overwhelm. Serve it up with some fried rice and egg rolls for a delicious Chinese feast!

8 Cloves of Garlic

1 3 - 4 LB Pork Roast
8 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1/4 C Pickled Sushi Ginger, Minced
1/2 C Ginger Syrup plus and additional 1/2 C
1 TSP Kosher Salt

Place pork roast into slowcooker.

Whisk together garlic, ginger, tamari sauce, 1/2 C ginger syrup and salt in small bowl.

Pour over pork roast. Set slowcooker for 6 to 8 hours.

Just before serving pour the remaining 1/2 C of ginger syrup over pork and shred pork.

Serve and Enjoy!
