Christmas is next week! Can you believe it? Good Cook sent all of the Good Cook Kitchen Experts all of the lovely products above so that we can have a Virtual Cookie Exchange! My contribution to the cookie exchange is this recipe for delicious Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies.
2 1/2 C All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Salt
2 Sticks Butter, Softened
3/4 C White Sugar
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1 TSP Orange Juice
1 Orange, Zested
1 C White Chocolate Chips
1 C Fresh Cranberries, Cut in Half
1 TBSP Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cover Cookie Sheets with Parchment.
In small mixing bowl mix together cranberries and 1 TBSP Sugar.
In medium mixing bowl, mix together four, baking soda and salt.
In large mixing bowl. beat butter, sugars, orange juice, orange zest and eggs.
Slowly add flour to butter and egg mixture, Once combined fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Using the Cookie Dropper drop batter 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
