1 TBSP Gluten Free Tamari Sauce
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 TSP Kosher Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
3 Strips of Bacon, Chopped in Half
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 7 ingredients. Knead together with your hands until mixed. Place meat in a glass baking dish and form into a loaf.
Layer the bacon slices over the meatloaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Enjoy!
