Crispy Tilapia with Red Pepper Mango Salsa

I always have Tilapia filets on hand in my freezer. They thaw quickly, and are so fast and easy to prepare. I cook them in so many different ways and this is one of my favorites. I hope your family will enjoy it as much as mine does!
