Are you visiting Sturgis but need to eat gluten free? Food vendors change from year to year and I cannot vouch for any of them, BUT there are many businesses in the Black Hills that offer gluten free foods and gluten free menu options.

If this is your first time coming to the rally then you are probably wondering about places to stay. Let me tell you that the majority of affordable accommodations are booked a year in advance. If you are willing to spend $200+ a night you can still get a room in a pricier hotel. Your best bet is find a campground. There are so many campgrounds that we even have a website devoted to Black Hills Campgrounds!

I love Sweet Italian Sausage and I also love Burgers so I thought, why not combine them? So I did! And I have to say it was juicy and delicious and has definitely become something that I will make again and again. I hope your family loves it as much as my family does. This recipes makes 8 1/4 LB burgers. These would also be great as sliders!
1 LB Sweet Italian Sausage
1 LB 80/20 Ground Beef
1/4 C Grated Parmesan
1/4 C Shredded Mozzarella
8 Slices of Provolone
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
Mix together sausage, ground beef, Parmesan and Mozzarella. Form into 1/4 LB patties. Heat up frying pan with about a TBSP of olive oil. Place patties into frying pan (I did 4 at a time). While patties are cooking slice onions and peppers. Cook patties approximately 8 minutes per side. Flip patties and add onions & peppers. Once burgers are done add provolone to tops of burgers. Remove pan from heat and cover while cheese melts. I served these on toasted gluten free English Muffins.

The Big Bang Theory is one of our FAVORITE TV Shows! Ryan and I sit and laugh so hard that we can't breathe. These nerds are so sweet, funny and true to life that we feel like we fit in with them!
If you're a fan of the show then you know we hear Howard's mother a LOT. You would have to be deaf NOT to hear her! She is so LOUD! What do you think she looks like? My vision is of a woman in her late 40's early 50's, heavy set, with BIG hair that has been colored. I think she wears bright colors to go with her big personality and I hope that one day we will finally get to see what she really looks like.
If you have never watched the show then what are you waiting for? You are truly missing out on one of the funniest shows to ever be shown on TV. Go online and order your Blu-Ray DVD Combo Pack today!
Disclosure: I have been hired by Warner Brothers WB Word Division to raise awareness of The Big Bang Theory. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

What are Sidekix is something that I am sure you are asking yourself. I will let the creator of Sidekix tell you about them:
Children love to discover--it is an essential trait they have for exploring our world. This trait led me to create Sidekix Toys, a toy that leads to the discovery of a new friend or sidekick. On the surface of these playful balls lay the clues for the sidekicks waiting to be discovered within. For instance, a cracked egg poses the question...is it a dinosaur, turtle, or perhaps a chick? The answer lies within the toy ball. Once they have discovered their Sidekix, they can take it with them wherever they go. The unique clip allows it to be attached to bags, belts, and keychains. In addition, magnets placed inside the Sidekix Toys allow them to cling to bikes, lockers and so much more. However, if you're looking for a fun toy, simply tuck and zip your Sidekix back into its ball form to play catch or clip it on your bag as a fun accessory to fit your personality. Here at sidekix we like to say kick'em, zip'em, flip'em, clip'em, and stick'em.
Mushrooms have got to be one of my most favorite foods (after popcorn of course!). My friend Wendy and her husband Joe live on a farm in upstate New York and one of the things they do is cultivate mushrooms. Their business is called Blue Oyster Cultivation ( I LOVE the name!). They sell a kit that allows you to cultivate your own oyster mushrooms at home.
CattleBoyZ Gourmet BBQ Sauce was developed by a cattle rancher in Alberta, Canada who did not want to mask the taste of his beef with an overpowering sauce but enhance it. CattleBoyZ is now sold throughout North America. The product lines includes sauces, seasonings, condiments, pulled pork and ribs.

I am sitting here with a cigarette in my mouth as I write this. I started smoking when I was 9 years old. Yes, you read that correctly. I was 9. I started by snitching cigarettes from my parents when they weren't looking. Then I started buying them. I went to the store where my parents bought their cigarettes and as long as I bought the brands that they smoked they would sell them to me. Cigarettes were $.35 a pack when I started. I said I would quit smoking when the price of cigarettes hit $2.00 a pack but now they are $6.57 a pack and I am STILL smoking!

I cannot tell you how excited I was to receive the Haan Total HD60 to review. Since we live in such a small trailer there really isn't room for us to have a large vacuum cleaner AND a upright steamer. I fell in love with it the minute I took it out of the box! Check out this video:
Since I am uninsured I have my prescriptions at 3 different pharmacies so that I can get the best price. I really have to search for the best deals since I am not employed and my daughter Ryan is supporting me.
Are you ready for part 2 of the RHOC Reunion tonight? It should be pretty juicy! It looks like Brooks will be on tonight too! When will Vicki realize that he is a loser?
Anyway, Grandma Juice and I will be drinking our Wines by Wives and tweeting during the reunion. I hope you will join us! I have set up a Tweet Grid and we will be using hashtags #RHOC and #SSWbW. See you tonight!
Ryan (my youngest daughter) and I are planning on moving soon. We are currently living in a teeny tiny little trailer with an ugly little side yard. I have been dreaming of moving into a bigger place with a nice patio or balcony. We can't wait to move!

When I was a little girl, traveling in our small carnival caravan, I often listened to my mother talking
about how she used to be a model in Berlin, the greatest city of Europe, and how she had to leave and
hire on with the circus in order to stay ahead of the Nazis.
I’m waiting at the airport with my husband, Ken, and our
two youngest daughters. My mother, whom I haven’t seen for fifteen
years, is arriving from Germany. In my mind, she is still the young
woman who was so important to me during my childhood. I am a little
girl again, excited and worried at the same time. Ignoring my teenage
girls’ giggles, I crane my neck to search the crowd for Mutti, as I still
call her. My heart is pounding, and I’m wondering whether she made it
safely. A young woman rushes through the gate, pulling her little boy,
and a gaggle of teenagers greet an older couple. The overhead loudspeaker
announces something unintelligible. I scan the crowds. Where is she?
Finally I see her. Her dark-blue travel suit looks freshly ironed. She
marches through the gate, wheeling a large bag, as if she knows exactly
where she is going. My heart swells with pride. She’s smaller than I
remember, but she doesn’t look her eighty-four years. Her once-black hair
is now an artificial auburn. The gray comes through at the roots, but her
eyes are still as dark and as brilliant as ever. Mutti spies me and waves, a
big smile on her face. We embrace. She doesn’t speak English, so as she
greets me and my husband, I translate for the grandchildren she has only
seen once, when they were small.
If you have been reading my blog for a while then you know that I LOVE POPCORN! It's one of my favorite foods. I love it in all flavors. Gourmet popcorn shops are popping (pun intended!) up all over the place and they are expensive! I thought, why not try making some at home!
