I loved everything but if I had to pick a favorite it would be the Hickory Smoked Bacon, YUM! This bacon is incredible. It's thick cut and does not shrink very much when cooked. It has a wonderful mild smoky flavor. I enjoyed the Pepper Bacon as well but Ryan found it to be a little too peppery for her taste.
I made a delicious gumbo using the Arkansas Style Smoked Sausage and enjoyed the Summer Sausage with some cheese and crackers. The best part? They are all gluten free! This is a delicious gift to give someone you love!
