What do you do when you have taco meat and no tortillas? Ryan came up with this great idea. Nacho Fries! All we did was cook the fries according to package directions (we use Ore-Ida because they are gluten free). Once the fries were done I pulled them out of the oven, covered them with meat, cheese, onions and tomatoes. Popped them back in the oven until the cheese melted and the meat was heated through and serve with your favorite guacamole and salsa! Super easy and yummy!
