Meatball Pizza {Gluten Free}

Meatball Pizza

A few weeks ago I made Meatball Sandwiches. They were so yummy that I wanted to make more Meatball goodness. I thought , what about a Meatball Pizza? My daughter agreed that sounded good and this is the result!

Dough
Chebe Bread Sticks Mix, Garlic & Onion, Gluten Free,

Meatballs

1 LB Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 Onion, Minced
1/2 Green Pepper, Minced
1 TBSP Soy Sauce (I used San-J)
1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 TSP Basil
1 TSP Oregano
Salt
Black Pepper

Pizza

2 TBSP Butter, melted
1 TSP Garlic Powder
6 slices Provolone
1 C Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 C Grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare dough according to package directions. Roll dough into pizza pan. Mix together the ingredients for meatballs and form into 2 inch balls. Mix together melted butter and garlic powder. Brush dough with butter mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over dough. Place meatballs around pizza. Lay Provolone slices on top of meatballs and sprinkle Mozzarella over the Provolone. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
