You know how I am always trying out new gluten free breads? How I am always in search of something that tastes like the gluten filled breads that we are used to? Well, I FINALLY found one. Here is the sad part, it's not available near me. :( I hope it's available near you!
Goodbye Gluten offers a non-frozen, shelf stable, certified gluten free bread. They offer a white bread and a multi-grain bread. These are nice sized loaves! Each one is 1 pound 4 ounces! I know what you are thinking. A gluten free 1 pound loaf of bread. Unheard of! And you can make a regular sized sandwich from this bread. No more mini sandwiches. This is awesome bread and I urge you to give it a try.
