Porkapple Burgers


Are you looking for something different to throw on the grill this Labor Day weekend? Well, look no further! This burger is so full of flavor and so incredibly juicy that you will want to make it at least once a week if not more often! Serve these on Onion Rolls with your favorite sides!


1 LB Ground Pork
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 Red Onion, Minced
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 1/2 TBSP Pickled Ginger, Minced
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper

Grate Apple and squeeze to remove most of the liquid. Mix all ingredients together. Divide Meat into 4 burgers, or more if you want to make sliders. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
