Gluten Free Onion Rolls


Did you read that right? Gluten Free Onion Rolls? Oh Yeah! You read that correctly. It's true! I make onion rolls using Chebe bread mixes on a regular basis. AND, you won't believe how easy and how delicious this is!


1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
1 TBSP Butter
1 TSP Garlic Powder

Prepare Bread Stick Mix according to package directions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in frying pan, add onion and garlic powder. Saute until onion is soft. 

Divide dough into 4 and shape into rounds. Take 1 1/2 TBSP of softened onions and press into top of dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool buns then slice and serve!
