Caesar Chicken Fingers with Parmesan Bacon Ranch Dip #AnythingDressing

Walmart

We have a new Walmart! This is HUGE news for my area. I have been living in Rapid City for 17 years and in all that time we have had only one Walmart. Our 1 Walmart services a 5 state area so as you can imagine it is ALWAYS jam packed. The new Walmart will help relieve some of that congestion. Words cannot convey how excited I am about this!

Kraft Anything Dressing

I headed out to check out the new Walmart with my daughter Ryan and my friend Tara. This is a nice Walmart and they have a gluten free section which makes me very happy! They also have a great selection of Kraft dressings.

I have a confession to make. I have been using Kraft dressing for a long time and not just for salad dressing. Kraft has tons of recipes to share with you all using their wonderful dressings! Check your Walmart to see if their is a Kraft dressing demo in your area. I picked up two of my favorites while I was there, Classic Caesar & Cucumber Ranch.

After a long day of shopping I wanted to make an easy but delicious dinner! I thought Caesar Chicken Fingers with Parmesan Bacon Ranch Dip would be perfect.

Caesar Chicken Fingers

Parmesan Bacon Ranch Dip

1 C Kraft Cucumber Ranch
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1 Bacon Strip, Crumbled

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate one hour.

Caesar Chicken Fingers

1 PKG Boneless Chicken Tenders
1 C Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing
1 1/2 C Breadcrumbs (I used gluten free)
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
Oil for frying

Mix together breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Pour dressing onto a plate. Dip chicken into dressing making sure it is completely covered then cover with cheese and breadcrumbs. Let chicken sit for 10 minutes before cooking. Fry in 1 inch of oil until brown about 5 minutes per side. If you prefer you can bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Did you know that you can tweet Kraft using #AnythingDressing and an ingredient and they will reply with a recipe? How fun is that!
