Italian Beef is a Chicago favorite as well as a family favorite. Here is my gluten free slow cooker version.
1 LB Sandwich Steaks
1 PKG Italian Seasoning Mix
1 TSP Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
2 C Water
1/2 Onion, Sliced
1/4 Green Pepper Sliced
1/4 Red Pepper Sliced
Mix water, Italian Seasoning mix and beef base in slow cooker. Add onions and peppers. Place steaks on top. If steaks are not covered by liquid add a little more water to cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve on your favorite gluten free roll. If you like spicy add a few sport peppers!
