Gluten Free Fish Tacos



The first time I heard about Fish Tacos I was hesitant. It just seemed so weird! I don't know what prompted me to make them. But once I did I was hooked! They are great with a classic salsa and even better with pineapple or mango salsa.

4 Tilapia Fillets
1 C Gluten Free Flour
1 1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 Lemon, zested
Oil for frying

Cut tilapia into chunks. Mix together flour and spices and lemon zest. Dredge tilapia chunks in flour/spice mixture. These can be deep fried or shallow fried. I prefer to shallow fry because it is easier. Fry until golden brown on each side. Serve on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings and salsas.
