I love the flavors of Caesar Salad. I also love adding chicken to my salad. The other day I was flipping through Every Day Food and I saw a recipe for a chicken burger and I thought, why not a Chicken Caesar Burger! All the flavors of a Caesar Salad on a bun!
1 LB Chicken Breast cut into chunks
1 Garlic Glove
3 Anchovy Fillets
3/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Place all ingredients (except lettuce and crisps) into food Processor. Process until mixed thoroughly. Make into patties. Cook in frying pan with a little olive oil until brown on both sides. Serve on rolls with parmesan crisps and romaine lettuce.
To make Parmesan Crisps:
3 TBSP Grated Parmesan for each crisp. Use nonstick pan, place cheese into hot pan in a circle shape, once it has melted and begun to brown flip crisp and brown other side.
