like love to bake. We are always looking for new recipes to try. We come up with tons of ideas on our own and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE trying new products!
I have read a few reviews of Nielsen-Massey Vanillas and I was excited to get a chance to try their products for myself. A little about Nielsen-Massey:

Founded by Richard Massey, who later partnered with Chatfield Nielsen, Sr, our company is still a family-owned operation run by the third generation of Nielsens: CEO Craig Nielsen, COO Matt Nielsen and Chief Culinary Officer, Director-International Beth Nielsen. Having grown up with the company and amidst the rich aroma of vanilla, they've spent their entire lives learning, studying and researching the best methods to produce pure flavors as well as how to achieve the best results in recipes and applications.We received a bottle of Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract. We have been using it in EVERYTHING! We've made pancakes, muffins and cookies. Tonight I will make a no bake Cheesecake Parfait (I will post the recipe soon).
Vanilla is my favorite flavor. I will use ONLY real vanilla extract and the Nielsen-Massey extract is wonderful! The scent is a lovely, slight floral vanilla fragrance. It tasted great in everything that I have made.
Vanilla is not the only extract that Nielsen-Massey produces. They also make Almond Extract, Coffee Extract and many others!
