Gluten Free Teriyaki Wings


I have not found a gluten free Teriyaki sauce so I decided to make my own. It came out delicious if I do say so myself! Enjoy!

2 TBSP Ground Ginger
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
2 TBSP Honey

Mix all ingredients together in a zipper bag. Add Chicken and massage chicken with marinade to make sure chicken is covered. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
