Gluten Free Beef & Broccoli Pie

Ryan and I were watching The Chew on Friday. They prepared a Cheese and Pepperoni Pie. I turned to Ryan and said, "I bet we could make that!". Of course when I made it I totally spaced out on the pepperoni so I am calling it a Beef & Broccoli Pie. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

1 Pkg Chebe All Purpose Bread Mix
1/4 LB Ground Beef
1/2 Pkg Frozen Broccoli, thawed
1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 TSP Basil
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Granulated Garlic
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper

Prepare bread mix according to package directions and roll dough into 10 inch circle. Brown ground beef and add seasonings. Once ground beef has cooked through add broccoli and grated parmesan cheese. Mound beef and broccoli on one half of dough. Cover with Cheddar. Fold dough over and seal the edges. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
