My Time with International Delight #IcedCoffee

Do you take some time during the day to relax and refuel? When I take my time I like to have a little snack and read a book. I was so excited when I learned that I would get a chance to try the new International Delight Iced Coffee! There are 3 flavors; Original, Vanilla and Mocha. You can find International Delight Iced Coffee at Walmart and beginning next week you can find it at Sam's too!

I received this fun gift bag in the mail yesterday. There was a re-usable cup, a t-shirt and a pad of paper from International Delight. Ryan is jealous. The cup is so nice!

I wanted to bake some scones so Ryan gave me a hand with that. I found a great recipe for cream scones and I adapted it to be gluten free and it came out wonderful!

Mix your dry ingredients together and the cut your butter into the flour. Mix the cream and egg and add to the flour mixture. Don't overwork it, it should still be a little crumbly. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips. Form the dough into a 6 inch circle, cut into 8's and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes. NOTE, if you are not using gluten free flour then only use 2 cups.

Ready for the oven!

Ready for my snack!
