Gluten Free Pork Dumplings

I have been reading so much about pink slime lately. I find it very disturbing that there are ingredients in my meat that I did not know about. As you probably already know, I have a Tribest PB-250 XL Personal Blender. The last time I wrote about it I did a recipe for Sesame Fried Chicken.  Last night I decided to make pork dumplings but I didn't want to go to the store for ground pork. I pulled out my blender and put chunks of pork into it along with green onions. Wow! It did a fantastic job!

I am so pleased with the job that it did grinding the pork for this recipe that I am going to start grinding my own beef! No more pink slime for me!

1 pkg Chebe all purpose bread mix (prepare dough according to package directions)
1/2 lb Pork, cubed
4 Green Onions, chopped
2 tsp Soy Sauce ( I use San-J)
1 TBSP Pickled Ginger, minced
1 Garlic Clove, crushed

Grind Pork in Blender. In a bowl mix pork with remaining ingredients.  Divide dough into 12 balls and roll each bowl into a 6 inch circle. Split pork mixture into 12 balls and place one pork ball into the middle of your dough circle. Fold dough over pork. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
