I made matzo balls from the Gluten Free Passover Cookbook and I wanted to share the recipe with you so that you can have some for Passover!
1/2 C ground almonds
1/4 C potato flour
1/2 warm water (I used chicken broth)
Seasoning (I used salt, pepper, parsley, chives, garlic powder and onion powder)
Mix the potato flour, almonds and seasoning. Make a well in the center, add the water. Drop the egg into the well and mix. Allow mixture to sit for an hour. Roll out small balls and drop into boiling water. Once they swell and float they are ready!
