Gluten Free Sesame Fried Chicken

I received a Tribest PB 250XL Personal Blender to review. This blender is so versatile that this is just the first in a series of recipes that I will be posting. The blender comes with two blades. One for mixing/pureeing/blending and one for grinding. I decided to use the grinder blade first. There are so many things you can do with the grinder blade; grind your own coffee beans, grind herbs and spices, grind seeds and nuts. I chose to do a little seed grinding.

I was surfing the internet and I came across this recipe for Chicken Fries on Ditch the Wheat. This looked and sounded so good that I had to try it. I purchased sesame seeds from the bulk section of my local grocery store. I used about a cup and a half of whole sesame seeds and put them in my Personal Blender cup using the grinding blade. These were delicious! Nice and crispy. The chicken was juicy and the sesame seed coding was so yummy.

Looks good! I hope you will give the blender a try. I can't wait to post more yummy recipes using my blender!
