Did you know that The Manischewitz Company has a brand called Mishpacha, The Family Value Brand? AND, Mishpacha had a new gluten free coating crumbs mix that is not only Kosher for Passover, but for year round use as well!
I used the crumbs to make some "oven fried" Parmesan Chicken. This chicken was delicious! The coating came out super crunchy and the chicken was so juicy that you would swear it had been deep fat fried.
1/2 C All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Egg
1/2 C Milk
1/2 Pkg Mishpacha Gluten Free Coating Crumbs
1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Chicken Thighs
Mix together Flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Mix together milk and egg in another dish. In a third dish mix together the crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Roll the chicken in the flour and then dip in egg mixture and coat again in the Parmesan Cheese mix. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy!
