Review: Nuts.com Gluten Free Cinnamon Bread

Before we discovered Ryan's gluten sensitivity I would make French toast all the time. On Christmas I would make a special stuffed French toast that the kids just loved. I make my French toast with Cinnamon Bread and finding a good gluten free version was difficult. But I found one!

Nuts.com has a gluten free Cinnamon Bread mix and it is out of this world. It is a yeast bread and it mixed up very quickly, rose beautifully and smelled like heaven while it was baking. I made myself wait to try it until it cooled. It was so worth the wait. It has a nice crusty (but not too crusty) outside and lovely spongy inside with no grainy texture. It was great plain, very tasty with cream cheese. It would be wonderful with apple or pumpkin butter!

But best of all, it makes great French Toast!
