The kids are grown, now what?: Meatzza!

So I saw a picture of a Meatzza on Facebook the other day and it stuck in my head. Apparently it is pretty popular for those following The Atkins Diet as well as those who like The Paleo Diet. Going gluten free means coming up with creative ways to have items that do not contain wheat, barley or rye. All of the recipes for Meatzza that I saw were made with ground beef. I was actually craving sweet Italian sausage!

This was so easy! I took some sausage out of the casing and pressed it into a pizza pan. Then sprinkled it with parm and added sliced onions and green pepper. Popped it into a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes then added more parm and some Mozzarella, back into the oven for another 5 minutes and done!
