Looking for a little ME time! #BertolliMealSoup

Every once in a great while I like to have a little me time while Ryan is at work. Since we discovered her gluten sensitivity I have pretty much given up gluten and started making everything from scratch. But sometimes, I like to do something just for me and today is that day!

Bertolli has a new line of Meal Soups. They have four different varieties; Chicken Minestrone, Roasted Chicken and Rotini Pasta, Tomato Florentine & Tortellini with Chicken and Tuscan Style Beef & Vegetables. They are located in your grocer's freezer. I chose the Chicken Minestrone. It's a really cold day today and that sounded like it would hit the spot!

I can't believe how easy and fast it was to prepare! Just empty the bag into a sauce pan and add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 5 minutes!

This is the Chicken Minestrone right out of the bag. Just add water and cook! I can't believe the amount of chicken and lovely chunks of vegetables there are in this soup!

I garnished my soup with lots of parmesan cheese and then added a side of parmesan garlic bread and a great movie. I am all set for me time!

I hope you have time for a little "me" time and check out Bertolli's new Meal Soups!
