Be Well Stay Well with a Smoothie! #FloridaOJ


Winter in South Dakota means that fresh fruit comes at a premium price. Bananas are usually affordable and they are a great base for a Smoothie.


Here are my Smoothie ingredients!

Orange Banana Berry Smoothie

1 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like Greek Yogurt because it is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt)
2 C Florida Orange Juice
2 Bananas
1/2 Bag of Frozen Mixed Berries
2 TBSP Honey

Throw all ingredients into blender and mix. Enjoy!


Incorporating fresh fruits into your diet is an important part of staying healthy. Orange Juice, Bananas and Frozen Fruits are a great way to add fruit to your winter diet. Smoothies are a delicious way to start your day and the ingredients are only limited by your imagination.
