What We're Cooking! - Savory Meat Roll #Gluten Free

Ryan and I were watching Guy's Big Bite last week and we saw this recipe for Savory Meat Rolls but it's not gluten free. We decided to come up with a version that is and I think we did a pretty good job. Enjoy!

2 pkgs Chebe All Purpose Bread Mix, prepare dough according to package directions
1 roll breakfast sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Parmesan
1 C grated mozzarella

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Brown sausage in frying pan and cook with onion, green pepper and garlic until softened.

Roll out dough into large rectangle and spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 parm over cream cheese and then add drained sausage, onions, green pepper and garlic. Spread over cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over meat.

Carefully roll and place seam side down. Slice roll and place slices on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
