3/4 C gluten free flour (I used Namaste Perfect Blend)
3/4 C milk (you can use soy)
3 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP butter, melted
pinch of salt
1 TBSP butter for pan
Preheat oven to 375. Place cake pan or frying pan into oven to warm. Mix together flour, milk and eggs. Add melted butter and eggs. Remove pan from oven, add butter to pan and swirl around to melt butter. Pour batter into pan and place in oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!

I liked your post on the Stumble Tumble! Thanks so much for stumbling my post. I had never heard of a dutch baby before, we are big on breakfast for dinner at our house, so I may be trying this one. It looks pretty easy to do.

Thanks for stopping by! This is a very easy dish and can be done with regular all purpose flour as well.
I made these the first time in Home Ec way back in the 80's (that is REALLY sad to say!) - we called them Dutch Apple Pancakes or Oven Pancakes. Yum! If you wanted to get nutritious with these you could make up the pancake and add roasted veggies, cheese - kind of like a fritatta but on top of the pancake. Yum!
Thanks for stopping by givingnsharing and stumbling my post - I've stumbled back.
