Yes, you read that correctly! I did say Bacon Jam! I have to admit I have been very curious about this since I first heard about it. When I was offered the opportunity to review it I jumped at the chance! Yes, I love all things bacon. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could.
I was hoping I would receive a full size product so that I could really give it a go. I wanted to try it in a few different recipes. But instead I received a small sample so I only had enough to spread on one egg sandwich. I will say that it does taste pretty good. The taste is not overwhelming and it was a great on my egg sandwich. It is something I would definitely put on my list of products I would like to try again.
