Make Three Wishes #NaBloPoMo

I really like this one. I make wishes (prayers, because aren't they kind of the same?) all the time. I wish for a better life for my children. I wish nothing but good health for my friends. I wish my family gave a shit. I wish upon a star. I wish I felt better. If a Djiin came into my life and offered me three wishes, what would I wish for?

1. I would wish for good health. Having a chronic illness is the pits. Having more than one chronic illness sucks big time. Good health and a life free of physical pain would truly be a blessing.

2. I want to win Powerball. I want to win a HUGE jackpot in the Powerball. I am not greedy. There is just so much that I want to do with the money, after I buy a nice house and a new car of course! I want to set up a fund with The Community Health Center of the Black Hills so that people who need colonoscopies or endoscopies are able to get them. Currently there is no funding. I want to fund this. These are vital tests that people without insurance are unable to receive. I want to give a big chunk of money to The Rapid City Club for Boys. This program was so incredibly important for my son. I just want to say thank you. There are so many things I would like to do but I will need a big pile of money to do it!

3. My third and final wish, so many things to choose from. How about an end to childhood sexual abuse? Or end childhood hunger. How about a livable wage for all Americans? Affordable sources of renewable energy?  An end to racism? How do you choose?

What would you choose?

Hi, I just came from Stalk Hop Friday. I'm a new follower. I hope you will stop by and visit. I have some easy holiday crafts you might want to try out. It could be another way to re-create and express yourself and relax. It can be fun. I hope to see you soon : )>

Have a great weekend.

3 wishes .. in this world that we live in today.
How quickly they would be used up and how many things would still need change.
Sad really.
But you did give me an idea for an exercise with my children :)
