I received a free sample of Schar Ciabatta parbaked Rolls in the mail the other day. So I thought chicken cheese steaks would be a good way to try them out. The rolls are a bit small but very yummy. You just pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes and they come out crispy on the outside and fluffy and yummy inside.
For the cheese steaks I slicked the chicken thinly on the bias. Sauteed it in olive oil and butter. I then sauteed green peppers, red onions and garlic in the same pan as the chicken. Popped them on the rolls with some cheddar cheese and they were delicious!
